How long have you been in business?
Ten years in the Northern Suburbs and just relocated to Joliet last year.
What is your primary product or service?
Our goals is to help individuals who suffer with foot problems or foot related problems such as back, knee, and/or hip pain to find relief by means of an Orthotic based on the measurement of the arches in the feet.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The Owner's wife was to have surgery for Plantar Fasciitis (heel pain) after trying without success molded orthotics, ultrasound, and cortisone shots. Prior to surgery, she and her husband went on vacation and saw a Infomercial for a product stated relief was possible without surgery, shots and medication. The Infomercial stated many found immediate relief the same day. So, they decided to go and try the product out. Upon going through the procedures of being custom-fitted, she tried the product and found immediate relief. Thinking it was psychological, she was allowed to walk around the mall and was able to do so without any discomfort. After months of negotiation, she was allowed to open the first store in the Chicagoland area of its kind. Thus ten years later, she is still in the business without any foot pain.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We don't mold or cast the feet; we take an imprint of your feet, measure the arches, and perform a biomechanical test to ensure the proper sizing. We carry over 25 different products designed to fit any style of shoe(s); no need to purchase a larger size or wear orthopedic shoes. We offer same day service-no waiting to get the relief you need.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

Approximately 1 1/2 miles north of Interstate 80 and 1/8 miles south of Jefferson/Route 52 adjacent to the mini mall next to Dunkin Donuts and across the street from the Delta Sonic Car Wash. 18 South Larkin is on the East side of Larkin Avenue.

Which areas do you service?
We service the Joliet area and surrounding suburbs and we still service our customers from the Northern Surburbs. We also have a Corporate Program, where we are invited into Corporations to offer our line of products to the employees.

Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday* 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday-Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday-Monday Closed
*Extended hours are available upon request.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliments that we've received is when a customer with tears in their eyes say "You've changed my life. I can now do the things I've haven't been able to do because of the pain"
